Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently plan and execute Cyber Defense projects across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland for large and mid-sized customers.
  • •Deliver managed service projects and serve as a trusted advisor for Cyber Defense topics.
  • •Develop scalable Cyber Defense architectures and implement end-to-end productive, resilient solutions.
  • •Analyze threat situations and assess organizational security maturity using established frameworks and controls (e.g., NIST, MITRE ATT&CK).
  • •Create and implement use cases, playbooks, and incident response processes; take an active leadership role to align Delivery, Sales, and subject-matter areas around the same goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Very strong knowledge and experience in Cyber Security architectures, networks, firewalls, proxy, remote access, Linux, and perimeter security.
  • •Long project experience implementing SIEM and XDR solutions (e.g., Palo Alto XSIAM, Splunk, Elastic SIEM, Exabeam, Azure Sentinel or similar).
  • •Knowledge in one or more areas such as Network Detection & Response (e.g., ExtraHop, Vectra AI), Security Orchestration Automation & Response (e.g., Palo Alto XSOAR, Swimlane), and Threat Intelligence (e.g., MISP).
  • •Ideally experience with (cloud) security logging and monitoring (e.g., Cribl).
  • •Fluent German and English communication skills, with independent work, trustworthiness, discretion, and willingness to travel to customers within DACH.
