Key Responsibilities

•Define and orchestrate the strategy for Paid and Organic Search acquisition for the France & Belgium market (Web & App) to continuously improve campaign performance, ROAS, CPA, visibility and profitable revenue growth.
•Prepare the annual plan (N+1) by evaluating required resources, budget, technical evolutions and data, and cross-channel strategy with other levers.
•Write the mid/long-term acquisition roadmap for Search, leveraging market developments and available tools.
•Collaborate closely with the Manager Performance Autres leviers, Branding and COAD Europe to ensure a coherent customer journey and maximize internal synergies.
•Drive ongoing tool and template improvements for reporting to meet business needs (category beauty views, product reference) and act as a problem-solver to identify practical business solutions.

Key Requirements

•Bac+5 in Marketing Digital or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred
•Solid knowledge of digital marketing performance and e-commerce issues, especially search (indispensable)
•English proficiency is appreciated
•Minimum 10 years of media (Google Ads) expertise on major Search accounts, whether in an agency, retailer or pure-player
•Strong capability in data analysis, reporting and cross-functional collaboration
