Job Summary

Drive Trend Micro’s growth through cloud marketplace channels by owning marketplace business model planning, development, and operations. Support marketplace deals end-to-end with sales enablement, QA, deal companionship, quote/estimation support, and order management. Improve marketplace win rates and transaction unit value using data-driven management, and continuously refine sales processes with knowledge management and best-practice rollout across stakeholders including cloud vendors and partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, develop, and operate marketplace business models, using AWS Marketplace and related platforms to launch new processes and offerings.
•Accelerate marketplace deal closures by enabling sales, sharing knowledge, handling QA for internal/external stakeholders, accompanying deals, and supporting quote structures and order management.
•Improve marketplace conversion rates and transaction unit price through data-based management and targeted improvement initiatives.
•Identify ongoing improvement opportunities in marketplace-related sales processes and implement best practices with partner and internal teams.
•Coordinate across internal sales, cloud vendors, partners, and relevant departments to execute marketplace initiatives from planning through execution.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in sales, project management, or sales support for enterprise software/SaaS businesses.
•Experience selling via AWS Marketplace, plus knowledge of programs/schemes such as Private Offer and CPPO.
•Basic understanding of cloud businesses or cloud marketplaces (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
•Understanding of revenue-making schemes, including quotation, order-to-cash, and contract processes.
•Strong motivation to proactively engage in launching Marketplace and new business models.
