Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and build AI Agent systems.
  • •Develop backend components for TikTok’s proprietary CRM platform.
  • •Build enterprise-grade solutions supporting millions of customers and billions in revenue.
  • •Create a globalized CRM system with high performance and availability across multiple regions.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Sales, and Data Science to drive measurable growth outcomes using AI capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • •Hands-on experience with AI Agents and multi-agent workflows (autonomous task execution and agent collaboration).
  • •Familiarity with engineering patterns such as MCP (Model Context Protocol), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and code embedding.
  • •Experience with big data components such as Spark, OLAP engines, and/or Flink is a plus.
  • •Preferred: experience with Java, Spring Boot or other microservice frameworks, and relational databases such as MySQL or Postgres.
