Deliver standout customer experiences during peak season by using the C.H.A.R.M service model, supporting store operations, and collaborating with Store Management to achieve personal performance objectives. You’ll assist across departments (including POS system management, merchandising, visual presentation, and stockroom operations), act as a brand ambassador for product drops and promotions, and help maintain asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance.
