Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leader/service manager and customer to understand on-site installation and repair requirements, forecasting issues and materials.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing, repairing, and starting up HVAC products and equipment at customer locations.
  • •Commission, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC units using blueprints or engineering specifications, hand tools, and cutting-edge software/technology.
  • •Maintain flexibility to support overtime and weekend work, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and condition.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) and typically 5+ years of HVAC experience; technical school or formal training preferred.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency using a handheld computer (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations (e.g., DUI, hit & run) in the prior 3 years.
  • •EPA Certification.
  • •Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
