Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate with team leader/service manager and customer to understand on-site installation and repair requirements, forecasting issues and materials.
•Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing, repairing, and starting up HVAC products and equipment at customer locations.
•Commission, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC units using blueprints or engineering specifications, hand tools, and cutting-edge software/technology.
•Maintain flexibility to support overtime and weekend work, including occasional overnight stays.
•Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and condition.

Salary: USD 23.8 - 43.85 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or equivalent) and typically 5+ years of HVAC experience; technical school or formal training preferred.
•Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency using a handheld computer (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations (e.g., DUI, hit & run) in the prior 3 years.
•EPA Certification.
•Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
