Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and explore new business and technology opportunities across Customer, Employee, Factory, and Product domains and develop innovative solutions delivering business value.
  • •Facilitate exploration and “big idea” workshops with designers, architects, and business stakeholders to brainstorm and develop ideas.
  • •Analyze market trends and perform business analysis to prioritize digital innovation ideas that drive measurable business results.
  • •Execute proof of concepts in collaboration with internal IT/business stakeholders and external partners using the DICE agile framework and design thinking methodologies.
  • •Assist in developing enterprise digital experience strategies and evangelize the value of digital innovation to internal and external audiences.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's or Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis, data science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •5-8+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years working in a global and matrixed environment in a technology or innovation-focused role.
  • •3-5+ years experience in technology solutions analysis and implementation across one or more domains (e.g., eCommerce/CRM, employee-facing solutions, Factory/Industry 4.0, product innovation technologies).
  • •Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and proficiency in SQL; familiarity with AI/ML concepts is advantageous.
  • •Prior programming and cloud development experience is a plus; comfortable with cutting-edge technologies and code-quality standards, with experience using Jira and GitHub beneficial.
