Personal Banker

Serve as a retail banking ambassador by building relationships with customers and uncovering their financial needs through in-person and phone conversations. Recommend and deliver appropriate retail products and digital solutions, educate customers to improve financial wellness, and ensure transactions are accurate and compliant with policies and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with internal specialists for more complex needs while working toward individual and branch sales and service goals.
