Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and validate automated high-throughput NGS assays for a commercial CLIA laboratory
  • •Provide production support to automated high-throughput NGS assays in CLIA laboratories
  • •Manage technical projects with timelines and deliverables; mentor junior employees
  • •Design and execute moderate to high complexity experiments and analyze data (JMP, R, Python, Excel)
  • •Coordinate with internal groups (automation engineering, lab operations, bioinformatics, statistics, project & product management) as technical lead
