Job Summary

Own overall regional performance, aligning client service quality, balance sheet quality, profitability and growth, and risk management. Serve as the executive representative of Truist in the region (“Chief Integrator”), driving a consistent client experience across commercial, consumer, wealth, and key partners. Lead sales management and HR functions, oversee regional financials and credit culture, and partner with credit delivery to meet portfolio goals.

•Ensure a differentiated client experience through execution of go-to-market strategy and integration of key banking partners.
•Manage HR-related aspects for teammates, including performance coaching, hiring, addressing underperformance, and maintaining staffing levels.
•Set expectations and tone regarding Truist’s Credit Culture and ensure loan policies are followed with emphasis on data integrity and risk management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or related training.
•10+ years of bank lending experience in the Commercial segment (or higher-level segments such as Middle Market and Corporate & Investment Banking).
•Demonstrated leadership experience managing large teams and indirectly managing multiple partners that support the bankers’ client solutions.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills to represent Truist with clients and at community events.
•Ability to travel, occasionally overnight.
