Key Responsibilities

•Organiser et planifier l’exploitation dans un souci constant de productivité et d’optimisation des ressources: conception et mise en œuvre de la production, élaboration des services, gestion du temps de travail.
•Participer activement à l’élaboration et au suivi du budget Exploitation: réalisation du TBER.
•Analyser chaque mois les principaux indicateurs du périmètre, proposer et mettre en œuvre les actions nécessaires.
•Contribuer aux bonnes relations tissées avec les différentes autorités organisatrices dans différents domaines (évolution des services, qualité de l’offre, etc.).
•Encadrer et manager l’ensemble des équipes d’exploitation; Assurer la gestion sociale et le développement d’un bon climat social sur les sites; Garantir le respect des règlementations spécifiques au Transport de Voyageurs.

Key Requirements

•A higher education degree (BAC+5) in Transports and Logistics with significant, recognized experience in exploitation/site management, including demonstrated leadership and people management.
•Autonomy, proactivity and ability to manage profit centers; strong budgeting and social management capabilities; understanding of exploitation contracts and turnkey service delivery.
•Proven ability to analyze operational indicators, propose actions, and implement improvements to optimize productivity and resources.
•Excellent relationship-building with various regulating authorities and stakeholders; ability to represent and defend service quality and organizational interests.
•Proficiency with office tools and exploitation systems; capable of leading and coordinating all exploitation teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.
