Job Summary

Work within Boeing Global Services supporting maintenance engineering across multiple aerospace programs. Analyze engineering designs and changes to determine maintenance/repair requirements, develop fault isolation procedures, and perform engineering analyses to validate maintenance data. Create systems theory descriptions and produce/review logistics support documentation such as ILSP, PSAP, MTA, SERD, and LORA. Collaborate with program management and engineering teams and provide customer-facing technical solutions, including up to 10% travel.

•Develop and apply fault isolation procedures and conduct engineering analyses to verify maintenance and repair data accuracy.
•Create systems theory descriptions to support a common understanding of systems and components.
•Develop and review logistics support documentation including ILSP, PSAP, MTA, SERD, LORA, and other LSA documents.
•Provide technical solutions to customers, collaborate with program management and engineering teams, and participate in working group meetings (in-person and virtual), including up to 10% travel.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience with aircraft structural, mechanical, power plant, and system operation and assembly methods and common shop practices.
•5+ years of experience developing maintenance-related technical manuals for commercial and/or military aircraft.
•5+ years of experience interpreting engineering data (e.g., blueprints, data sets, change orders, specifications, logic diagrams) to identify gaps and develop support requirements data.
•5+ years of experience developing or maintaining technical data for military aircraft.
•Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
