Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in TI’s Career Accelerator Program with professional and technical training and on-the-job learning to ramp into a Product Engineering, Test Engineering, or Validation Engineering role.
  • •Design, build, qualify, and support TI analog and embedded processing products while ensuring quality and performance of IC products.
  • •Contribute to test software and hardware development, product debugging, and test optimization, including verification/characterization bench setup and capability release to manufacturing.
  • •Support product profitability through strategies tied to new product development, cost reduction, capacity expansion, and yield enhancement projects.
  • •Serve as a primary point of contact for operational aspects of an assigned product portfolio and facilitate cross-functional teams to resolve customer quality and application issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher.
  • •Basic understanding of schematics, layouts, and digital components.
  • •Knowledge of analog circuitry (e.g., op-amps, DC/DC power, data converters, sensing).
  • •Programming skills in C/C++ (LabView recommended).
