Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the product development process and commercialization tasks to bring products to market.
  • •Own the Clover EMEA software roadmap and drive changes to enrich Clover merchants.
  • •Drive product development and improvements; lead the project lifecycle to deliver development efforts.
  • •Establish and maintain understanding of customer and market needs; develop business cases for new product recommendations.
  • •Manage product development issues via problem identification, root cause analysis, and stakeholder communication; represent the product at industry and community events.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of product management experience, specifically within fintech focused on software delivery and SaaS.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience.
  • •Experience managing projects concurrently at various stages within an agile environment.
  • •Ability to communicate and align stakeholders across engineering to executives, including direct and indirect channels and GTM strategy across multiple markets.
  • •Restaurant software space experience preferred; services software space experience is an advantage.
