Key Responsibilities

  • •Check daily delivery routes and prepare the van for deliveries with all orders together for efficient drop-offs.
  • •Ensure appropriate vehicle safety checks are completed and maintain road compliance and health and safety.
  • •Provide great customer service while being an ambassador for the Waitrose brand on the road.
  • •Help customers with their shopping and build rapport based on trust and service.
  • •Support the wider shop team with general shopkeeping tasks, including daily store duties when not on the road.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 14.31 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Full valid B-Category UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
  • •Great customer service skills.
  • •Strong time management skills.
  • •Able to handle the physical requirements of the role, such as lifting crates and moving cages.
