Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain back-end Java (Spring Boot) services, including performance tuning and resiliency patterns.
  • •Design, build, version, and document RESTful APIs (contract-first) and perform integration testing within the payments ecosystem.
  • •Deliver solutions using GCP and related services/integrations, including end-to-end delivery for assigned initiatives.
  • •Collaborate with offshore/onsite teams to ensure timely, quality delivery of code and testing artifacts and follow HNB coding/testing guidelines.
  • •Diagnose complex production issues and provide technical assistance across integrations, databases, middleware, networks, and related systems; support DevSecOps tool chains and processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of related experience (additional 4 years may substitute).
  • •5+ years hands-on developing and supporting cloud-native applications on GCP.
  • •Strong proficiency in Java (Spring/Spring Boot) and building and supporting secure RESTful APIs.
  • •Experience with GCP, AWS, and/or Azure, including cloud environments and Agile delivery.
  • •Experience supporting IaC automation, preferably Terraform, and secure, asynchronous/event-driven integrations (e.g., OAuth2/OIDC).
