Job Summary

Lead end-to-end execution of complex System-on-Chip (SoC/ASIC) development programs from architecture through tapeout and post-silicon. Drive program milestones, manage cross-functional dependencies across IP teams and RTL/PD/DFT/firmware/validation/platform groups, and ensure schedule integrity. Own planning, tracking, reporting, and risk/issue management, maintain detailed schedules and governance cadences, and provide executive-level weekly/monthly updates.

Key Responsibilities

•Define, structure, and drive end-to-end SoC program plans aligned to architecture, design, and tapeout milestones.
•Plan, track, and manage detailed schedules and deliverables across architecture/design readiness, IP integration, validation readiness, and silicon enablement.
•Manage cross-functional dependencies across RTL, PD, DFT, firmware, validation, and platform teams, including resolution of cross-domain blockers.
•Lead risk and issue management by identifying risks early, driving mitigation plans, and ensuring timely resolution through governance.
•Collect and publish program status and execution metrics, maintain dashboards/trackers, and provide executive-level weekly/monthly updates.

Key Requirements

•Must have experience in SoC/ASIC product cycles, including architecture, integration, validation, and silicon bring-up phases.
•Strong familiarity with SoC/IP execution flows across the architecture-to-tapeout lifecycle and subsystem convergence.
•Proficiency with project management tools including JIRA, Confluence, PowerBI, Excel, and MS Project (plus AI tools).
•Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities with excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level interactions.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer/Electrical/Electronics Engineering, plus formal project management education (PMP / Scrum Master).
