  • •Formulate future strategic directions by analyzing market trends and operational capabilities, collaborating cross-functionally to develop plans aligned to organizational goals.
  • •Develop and oversee supply chain budgeting, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, accurate expense forecasting, and effective resource allocation.
  • •Lead product lifecycle management milestones, including replenishment master data, packaging instruction input for suppliers, and shelf-life master data.
  • •Coordinate demand and supply to optimize global product availability, manage deviations from stock thresholds, and maintain operational efficiency to meet customer demand.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Data Analysis and Statistics, Business Analytics, or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 8 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree OR minimum 6 years with a Master's degree in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or equivalent.
  • •Experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, and inventory/capacity planning.
  • •Experience with ERP systems and inventory management systems.
  • •People management and budget management experience, including leading improvements and KPI management.
