Associate Material Management (Freight, Tender & Facilities) (SG)

Join the material management team in the SIA Engineering Division to support freight, tender, and facilities administrative functions. Maintain contract and agreement filings, manage lease and warehouse floor plans, and ensure yearly space verification for audit requirements. Monitor ASRS maintenance contractor performance, compile and verify freight forwarder reports and AWB/shipping documents for GST reporting, verify freight invoices, and support tender/RFP processes and contract administration.
