Material Handler, Alternate 1st Shift (10am-6:30pm)

Coordinate and oversee warehouse and/or cleanroom logistics work on the alternate 1st shift, acting as a foreman or coordinator to material handlers. Plan staffing for the shift, respond to operational demand changes, and solve disturbances within your sub-flow while escalating cross-department issues when needed. Support quality and safety through 5S+1 and checklist adherence, participate in performance management, and help mentor new team members through onboarding and training.
