HSE OFFICER

Support the project HSE Manager to implement and maintain HSE management across dredging and marine construction projects. Conduct site inspections, ensure compliance with company and client health and safety requirements, and promote safety culture on vessels and worksites. Lead incident/accident investigations, coordinate corrective actions, supervise subcontractors on safety matters, manage HSE records and training plans, and ensure inspections of safety and lifesaving equipment.
