Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-store by using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model. Support a positive team environment and learn across retail areas such as customer service, product knowledge, merchandising, visual presentation, and stockroom operations. Help with daily retail tasks including POS system management, replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and cleanliness/recovery standards, while working with management to improve sales performance.
