Key Responsibilities

  • •Own annual and quarterly bookings, recurring revenue, pipeline, and forecast commitments for Higher Education across North America.
  • •Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for higher education institutions, driving new customer acquisition and strategic account expansion.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop Regional Vice Presidents, Directors, and front-line sales leaders; establish operating rhythms and performance expectations.
  • •Serve as executive sponsor for strategic customers and build executive relationships with presidents, provosts, CIOs, and procurement executives.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Customer Experience, Marketing, Product, Solutions Engineering, Finance, and Revenue Operations to align strategy and execution.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with progressive leadership responsibility.
  • •Proven success leading large enterprise sales organizations through second-line leaders.

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
