Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver in-person and VTC intelligence instruction to up to 20+ students across multiple intelligence disciplines and planning/collection topics.
  • •Independently deliver and tailor curriculum and practical exercises to customer requirements and approved training objectives.
  • •Develop, update, and refine courseware (lesson plans, presentations, exercises, student materials, and intelligence scenarios) to reflect doctrine, operational requirements, and feedback.
  • •Prepare and maintain training environments and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure required resources, systems, and exercise compliance.
  • •Assess performance against learning objectives, provide coaching/feedback, conduct after-action reviews, maintain training documentation, and execute exercise support products and threat injects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree).
  • •Top Secret clearance required and must be able to obtain/maintain Top Secret clearance.
  • •Familiarity with Army Command and Control Information Systems (C2IS), Maven Smart System (MSS), and the Intelligence Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Trainer (IEWTPT).
  • •Understanding of how C2IS systems publish/subscribe to share information and general understanding of Army simulation/stimulation systems.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Teams, plus strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
