Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the strategic development of hospitality assets from early-stage briefing through delivery, handover, and operational readiness.
  • •Shape asset strategy, feasibility, and business plans to define positioning, guest experience, and value creation.
  • •Drive cross-functional alignment across strategy, asset management, design, delivery, and Operators to ensure smooth transition into operations.
  • •Provide strategic oversight of key asset decisions (positioning, room mix, amenities, guest experience, and operational planning) to maximize differentiation and performance.
  • •Proactively manage interfaces, risks, and opportunities; lead governance and executive reporting, and mentor teams across the portfolio.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years’ experience in real estate or hospitality development, shaping development strategy, feasibility, and positioning.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Strong commercial acumen focused on value creation and portfolio performance.
  • •Ability to manage complex, high-value development environments and coordinate across stakeholders, workstreams, and project stages.
  • •Proficiency in project management and reporting tools (e.g., Aconex).
