Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing and/or manufacturing operations.
  • •At least 2 years of experience managing production, continuous improvement, and/or supply chain management projects.
  • •At least 1 year of continuous improvement/lean experience.
  • •Preferred: 3+ years of prior management experience and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
