Stage Experience Manager, Stores (Ottawa, ON, CA, K2B 8C1)

Oversee Sephora’s sales floor “Stage” and lead coaching and development for Stage Experience Leads and Beauty Advisors. Train new and existing advisors on the selling model, respond to client feedback through Medallia and service channels, and serve as an on-stage client experience leader. Manage in-store events with the Beauty Services team, maintain visual merchandising standards, and support brand and vendor engagement through effective product training and coaching.
