HR Operation Partner (Kuala Lumpur, 14, MY, 50400)

Support and improve one or more HR processes under general supervision. Collaborate with stakeholders to create HR tools and resources, execute basic programs and projects, and develop expertise across areas such as compensation, benefits, global mobility, employee relations, learning and development, talent acquisition, HR information systems, and HR operations. Assist with HR data reporting and analysis to drive recommendations and help HR and business leaders apply best practices.
