Job Summary

Support the Dubai Government Legal Affairs Department’s Strategic Planning and Institutional Excellence Office by operating and improving institutional excellence, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement systems. Help run the Dubai Government Excellence Program, prepare and maintain institutional assessment evidence files, update policies and processes, track improvement plans and compliance issues, and coordinate with stakeholders. Prepare executive reports and presentations, support internal/external audits, and use AI and digital tools to analyze data and document best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate and update the Dubai Government Excellence Program and ensure assessment file requirements are met.
•Prepare, compile, and review evidence and documents for institutional assessment files, ensuring they are complete and continuously updated.
•Support development and updates of institutional processes, work procedures, policies, guides, and templates in coordination with relevant units.
•Track implementation of institutional improvement plans and recommendations from internal/external assessments and audits.
•Monitor institutional compliance requirements, report periodically, identify non-compliance cases, and track related corrective action plans.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality, Public Administration, Industrial Engineering, Institutional Excellence, or a related field.
•3–5 years of hands-on experience in institutional excellence, quality, process development, or institutional improvement.
•Experience developing and updating institutional policies, procedures, and processes.
•Experience preparing institutional assessment files or applying requirements of the Dubai Government Excellence Program.
•Knowledge of relevant international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 31000, and ISO 22301, plus continuous improvement and process management methodologies.

Experience:3-5 years
