  • •Provide technical claims management advice and collaborative consultation to ensure prompt, compliant claims finalisation procedures
  • •Work with Technical Specialists and managers to manage claims effectively and advocate alternate strategies for timely finalisation
  • •Respond to claim referrals promptly and accurately with legislative/standards-based guidance
  • •Support managers by identifying and implementing new ideas that create value for customers and staff
  • •Coach on legislation, standards, and policies; monitor privacy requirements, data accuracy, and regulatory/statutory timeframes

Key Requirements

  • •5 years’ experience managing complex matters within Workers Compensation
  • •Provide technical claims management advice by promptly and accurately responding to claim referrals
  • •Coach others on the application of relevant legislation, standards of practice, regulations, and policies
  • •Review PIAWE, liability decisions, work capacity decisions, and other entitlement/decision forms
  • •Maintain high privacy standards in all interactions and ensure data accuracy and adherence to statutory/regulatory timeframes
