Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the global month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cadence (T+3 soft / T+6 hard / T+7) across all 11+ entities.
  • •Run multi-entity consolidation and elimination entries, including forex restatement across 8+ base currencies.
  • •Own intercompany transactions between the US parent and subsidiaries, including cross-entity postings, netting, and transfer pricing entries with the Tax Lead.
  • •Lead statutory and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions in Europe (UK, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, France), including statutory filings/audits and coordination with local consultants/regulators.
  • •Manage and grow a team of 3-4 direct reports, drive close/consolidation process improvements, and coordinate annual audits with local audit firms across 6+ geographies.

Key Requirements

  • •Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8-10 years of post-qualification experience.
  • •8+ years running a global US GAAP close and handling technical accounting judgments for multi-entity environments.
  • •At least 4-5 years managing a global accounting team in a multi-entity, multi-currency setup.
  • •Deep hands-on US GAAP expertise, including ASC 606, ASC 842, SBC, and consolidation.
  • •Experience with NetSuite (OneWorld, Multi-Book); Coupa, Numeric, Avalara, and Carta are a strong plus.
