Job Summary

Senior AI Engineer responsible for designing, building, and operating LLM-backed AI workflows and full-stack features for health guidance. You’ll own end-to-end systems from data pipelines to product surfaces, collaborate across product, data science, and infrastructure, balance scientific rigor with engineering pragmatism, and ship production features that provide personalized, safe health insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and build LLM-backed product capabilities: ship user-facing features that use LLMs and AI models to deliver personalized insights, guidance, and proactive notifications; implement safe tool-calling, retrieval, and orchestration for deterministic behavior where needed
•Own evaluation, quality, and safety for AI workflows: design and implement evaluation frameworks to measure quality, safety, latency, and cost; define metrics and production integration
•Integrate LLMs with personalization and understanding layers: ground AI behavior in structured user context and connect components to navigation flows and product surfaces
•Contribute to a multi-LLM and reasoning platform: prototype and productionize workflows across model providers and configurations with routing logic and shadow-mode experimentation
•Build robust, observable, and cost-aware systems: design services and full-stack capabilities that meet reliability and performance expectations and own operational health

•2+ years of hands-on experience in AI engineering with a background in backend engineering, full-stack product engineering, or applied ML

•Experience shipping to real users in product-facing teams with focus on impact and iteration speed
