Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the scope, schedule, and compliance of small-scale move projects (individual moves, resets, and unassigned seating), including group moves up to 500 employees.
  • •Engage vendors to schedule, coordinate, and manage move activities, and collect/report KPIs and billing accuracy through closeout.
  • •Create move projects in designated tools, including setting up spreadsheets and presentations, and enter project data into project management technology tools.
  • •Coordinate communications and meeting schedules for employees, team administrators, and move partners, including contract administration tasks such as attending tender openings and issuing correspondence.
  • •Deliver pre- and post-move customer service, provide reporting and data verification, conduct facility walkthroughs, and support post-move help centers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • •Associate degree (AA/AS) and/or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • •Minimum of one (1) year of related experience desired.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • •Demonstrate professionalism under pressure and effective planning to scope and schedule move work.
