Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute business development strategy for assigned international regions by identifying high-potential markets, partners, and opportunities.
  • •Proactively source, approach, and build relationships across the live-entertainment ecosystem (promoters, producers, agencies, venue operators, and other partners).
  • •Manage the full deal pipeline from outreach and proposal development through negotiation and contract execution.
  • •Create tailored commercial proposals and licensing structures for different IPs, territories, and partner profiles.
  • •Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Production to ensure smooth deal execution and successful launches while reporting pipeline progress and forecasts.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, consulting, investment banking, strategic roles, or a similar commercial environment.
  • •Proven ability to originate opportunities and build senior-level relationships from first contact through close.
  • •Strong commercial and negotiation skills, including structuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • •Analytical and financially minded experience building business cases and evaluating profitability (revenue/cost/P&L).
  • •Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a strong plus.
