Support store operations in a high-traffic beauty retailer, coordinating floor coverage across makeup, skincare, fragrance and Sephora Collection while aligning with Store Manager and Beauty Advisor teams. Drive daily activities, actions on promotions and product launches, and KPI tracking to motivate the team and contribute to the store’s commercial and HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage your floor comprehensively, encompassing one or more of the four key product categories in our stores (makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection).
•Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team.
•Support Managers in daily activities, actively contributing to the development of the store's commercial and HR strategy.
•Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve results.
•Coordinate commercial and organizational activities (promotions, events, new product launches, CRM campaigns, etc.).

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3-4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder) in multinational retail environments.
