Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as legal point of contact for bank and cafe operations, advising on servicing and operational strategy questions.
  • •Provide legal advice and support on responses to customer complaints and disputes.
  • •Investigate consumer complaints with compliance and business partners and develop appropriate written response.
  • •Identify and coordinate resolution of potential line-of-business compliance or operational errors.
  • •Provide legal guidance on standardized responses for recurring complaint types and non-litigation compensation demands.

Key Requirements

  • •Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
  • •Active member in good standing of at least one state bar.
  • •At least 3 years of experience as an attorney (law firm, government agency, military judge advocate, or in-house counsel).
  • •At least 4 years of experience as an attorney with regulatory experience, including advising bank depository business teams.
  • •Expertise in Regulation E, Regulation CC, Regulation DD, UDAAP, and Articles 3, 4, and 4A.
