Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily compressive strength testing on hardened concrete specimens.
  • •Conduct daily pre/post pour inspections and monitor production operations as required.
  • •Oversee a team of 3–4 individuals and report quality concerns, repetitive mistakes, and process improvements to management.
  • •Receive and file raw material reports for documentation.
  • •Ensure plant readiness for IQAP assessments and annual NPCA audits while maintaining QSM standards and DOT compliance as needed.

Key Requirements
