Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce and manage industry conference programmes, liaising with key professionals, institutions, and companies.
  • •Engage with recommended speakers, confirm attendance, and keep the speaker database updated with accurate lists and files.
  • •Prepare and communicate creative briefs to the Marketing team, and support sponsorship leads and sales meetings as appropriate.
  • •Conduct market research to develop new conference ideas and programme content, and collaborate with the Exhibition Director and sales team to enhance the conference portfolio.
  • •Mentor other conference producers, assist with onsite duties during the event, and run post-show analysis including job title analysis.
