Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the engineering of products recognized as world-class, including delivery across a programme portfolio.
  • •Manage one or two direct reports and coordinate multi-disciplined teams to develop highly complex products.
  • •Ensure efficient and effective management of programme resources for time-constrained programmes.
  • •Provide technical competence and direction while overseeing engineering execution.
  • •Lead engineering projects with a focus on successful product delivery and engineering outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Technically credible with FPGA and C++ (not hands on), with the ability to direct multi-disciplined teams developing highly complex products.
  • •Experience delivering products and leading engineering programmes/projects with time-constrained schedules.

  • •Ability to lead engineering work and ensure efficient, effective management of resources across the programme portfolio.
  • •Qualify for full, unrestricted UK Security Clearance and be a UK National (from birth or naturalised) and a permanent UK resident for the last 5 years.
