Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor live gaming activities to ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.
  • •Detect, report, and thoroughly document irregularities, suspicious behavior, and operational issues.
  • •Support internal investigations by gathering evidence, reviewing video footage, and compiling detailed incident reports.
  • •Work closely with Risk, Compliance, and Operations departments to uphold the integrity of live games.
  • •Mentor and assist Surveillance Operators, offering guidance on complex or sensitive cases.

  • •Proven experience in surveillance within the iGaming industry or a related field; prior senior surveillance experience is preferred.

  • •Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills, with a strong focus on risk detection and mitigation.
