Key Responsibilities

•Oversee daily operations of the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio; ensure staff are trained to manage services and drive day-to-day operations.
•Coordinate and manage in-store classes and events in partnership with brand collaborators.
•Coach and develop the Paid-Service Beauty Advisor team to deliver personalized, high-quality client experiences.
•Manage the Online Reservation system, staffing levels, and client check-in process to support increased services.
•Lead the training, development, and performance assessment of team members and act as Manager on Duty as needed.

Salary: CAD 54,800 - 68,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 2-4 years of management experience in beauty, retail or customer service, or equivalent internal experience.

•Excellent time management skills applicable to leading a team and ensuring efficient store operations.
•Ability to train, certify and develop Beauty Advisors and manage performance.
