Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise, instruct, plan, and assign work to building cleaning staff.
  • •Inspect vacated rooms and common areas (corridors, service rooms, halls, stairs, lavatories, lobbies, lounges, vending areas) for cleanliness and order.
  • •Receive complaints and report them to the appropriate individuals for action.
  • •Maintain records/accounts and manage lost and found and linen/supply inventory.
  • •Oversee safe use of cleaning equipment and supplies and participate in heavy cleaning and routine housekeeping as required.

Key Requirements

  • •8 years of experience, including 4 years of supervisory experience.
  • •Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning materials, and cleaning equipment.
  • •ERP knowledge with SAP functional skills required.
  • •2 years of GCC experience preferred.
  • •Ability to oversee safe use of cleaning equipment and supplies and maintain required records.
