Job Summary

Provides nursing care to a select group of patients in a safe and effective manner, delivering care under the guidance of a preceptor or RN. Performs assessments, administers medications and therapies, conducts immunizations and venous access, and plans care aligned with QCHP and Joint Commission International standards. Collaborates with healthcare teams, documents care in EMR, and ensures patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Identifies outcomes with regard to patient care delivery and timely care.
•Plans patient care based on assessment, validated by peers; implements appropriate reporting, referrals, and care; initiates emergency procedures when indicated.
•Delivers safe and appropriate patient care to a specific patient population using nursing process.
•Provides direct and indirect care services, including administration of medications and therapeutic agents.
•Maintains cooperative relationships with health care teams and documents in the EMR to ensure patient safety and quality of care.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
•Minimum 3 years (required)
•Minimum 1 year in GCC (preferred)
•ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills
•Knowledge and practice aligned with Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP) Nursing/Midwifery Competency Framework
