Key Responsibilities

•Manage full-cycle recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles across the organization
•Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles
•Source and engage candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other online platforms
•Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, particularly for repeat or high-volume roles
•Conduct video and in-person interviews to screen candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and suitability for the role

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within a technology, software, or SaaS environment (in-house or agency)
•Comfortable sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search techniques
•Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System or candidate management tool (Workday experience is a plus)
•Solid interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate qualifications, culture alignment and potential
•Comfortable learning and using emerging recruiting technologies, including AI-powered tools
