Key Responsibilities

•Provide personalized customer engagement and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-store.
•Serve as a one-stop resource for relevant product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations.
•Achieve sales and productivity goals using available resources to meet customer needs.
•Assist with visual directives and standards, including merchandise presentation, housekeeping, and product replenishment.
•Assume cashier duties as needed and assist with Loss Prevention initiatives and overall store maintenance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 20.79 hourly

•Ability to genuinely and comfortably engage with a diverse group of customers.
•Customer service experience.
•Ability to collaborate, work as a team, and be adaptable in the workplace.
•Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
