Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a comprehensive assessment of the Employee Relations and Wellbeing operating model to shape the future.
  • •Redefine how Employee Relations and Wellbeing services are delivered to improve colleague outcomes, manage risk, and drive business results.
  • •Transform delivery from reactive case management to a proactive, insight-led model that builds capability and consistency.
  • •Redesign processes, systems, and ways of working to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and colleague and leader experience.
  • •Create opportunities to broaden capability and build specialist expertise so the team remains a centre of excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience leading and delivering transformative HR/employee relations change in a large, regulated, matrixed environment.
  • •Proven ability to build high-performing, inclusive, empowered culture through operational excellence and modern ways of working (including digital solutions).
  • •Strong judgement balancing risk management, commercial outcomes, regulatory requirements, and colleague experience.
  • •Experience leading HR change or transformation, including navigating employment law considerations alongside operational and experience outcomes.
  • •Strong stakeholder management with credibility to collaborate with operational teams, HR Business Partners, and the staff association.
