Key Responsibilities

  • •Own overall production performance including quality, cost, delivery, and capacity planning aligned to demand.
  • •Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence using Eaton’s Business System and Continuous Improvement System.
  • •Introduce, integrate, and optimize production technologies, automation, and digital tools to improve efficiency, quality, and traceability.
  • •Ensure full compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and management system requirements and take responsibility for manufacturing quality and fundamentals (BOMs, work plans, documentation).

Key Requirements

  • •Technical education (apprenticeship, secondary technical school, or equivalent) with relevant industry experience.

  • •Solid knowledge of IEC 61439 standards and project execution processes.
  • •Proven leadership capability with experience in team development and people management; fluent German.
