Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and elevate ML infrastructure by building, maintaining, and refining core repositories, developer tooling, and engineering workflows for production ML.
  • •Architect the Send Decisioning data layer by evaluating and optimizing communication platform integrations and integrating the feature store to improve data quality and feature availability.
  • •Engineer AI-assisted content and asset systems to streamline email copy generation and build context-driven asset retrieval for marketing teams.
  • •Build production-grade pipelines and serving layers to translate research into low-latency, reliable services with observability and error handling.
  • •Bridge research and production by partnering with data scientists to operationalize experimental models with robust fallback mechanisms and monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience building and operating production ML systems.
  • •Fluency across the data/ML stack (Python, Spark, Databricks) and hands-on knowledge of backend/platform tools (Go, Kafka, Kubernetes).
  • •Ability to design honest experiments and evaluate model metrics accurately using statistical literacy.
  • •Operational judgment to diagnose misbehavior under real load, identify root causes, and deploy robust fixes.
  • •Hands-on experience with AI tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) as part of a regular workflow.
