Job Summary

The Visual Merchandiser will plan and execute compelling product displays and store layouts in line with adidas guidelines and seasonal campaigns. You’ll collaborate with store managers to implement VM strategy, provide weekly/monthly reports, train store teams on merchandising standards, and work with Regional Visual Merchandising Managers on innovative project initiatives to boost in-store performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Mettre en valeur la créativité à travers une disposition attractive des produits, en phase avec les guidelines adidas et les campagnes saisonnières via la disposition des vitrines, l’aménagement du magasin, la présentation des différentes catégories, la communication au sein du magasin et le stylisme des mannequins.
•Planifier et mettre en œuvre la stratégie Visual Merchandising dans ton magasin avec les managers afin d’augmenter les opportunités commerciales.
•Remettre régulièrement des reportings sur ton activité en partageant des conseils et possibilités d’améliorations.
•Communiquer proactivement avec l’équipe du magasin à travers la formation pour s’assurer que les standards merchandising sont respectés et contribuer directement au succès du magasin et à l’expérience client.
•Venir avec un esprit d’équipe, travailler en collaboration avec les Responsables régionaux Visuel Merchandising afin de proposer des initiatives innovantes pour les différents projets.
