Job Summary

Own the technical onboarding, implementation, and rollout of Bugcrowd’s bug bounty, vulnerability disclosure, and pentest programs. Serve as a trusted technical advisor to guide customers in configuring and operationalizing security delivery models, troubleshoot platform integration and reporting issues, and lead program kickoff and technical reviews. Partner across Customer Relationship, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to align delivery with expectations and drive continuous improvements to onboarding and enablement materials.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end technical onboarding and configuration of bug bounty, vulnerability disclosure, red team, and pentest programs for new and existing customers.
•Translate customer security requirements into tailored program designs and platform configurations.
•Conduct technical program reviews, kickoff meetings, and walkthroughs with customers and internal stakeholders.
•Act as a technical point of contact during program launches to ensure smooth transitions and early success.
•Troubleshoot technical issues related to platform integrations, vulnerability workflows, and reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,120 - 106,400

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as implementation, solutions architecture, technical program management, or professional services.
•Deep knowledge of pentest, bug-bounty, and red-team methodologies.
•Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-facing mindset.
•Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
